Paige will lead the Sunday Worship Circle at Gaia's Gardens on Sunday, October 3rd at 10:30am.

Paige says:
"Hey all! It's time again for the World Famous, incredibly twisty, Yoga Circle! Sunday, October 3rd, we'll be performing some basic Yoga positions, focusing on the meditative nature of yoga, deep breathing, etc. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a beach towel or mat if you can. For those with limited mobility (you will need to be able to use both arms though), many Yoga positions can be done while sitting in a chair. We'll have those at the gardens already.
Usually, someone suggests brunch afterwards, a lovely way for everyone to get to know each other! Hope to see you there!"

All are welcome to join us for a regular morning circle, held on the first and third Sunday of each month. These events are simple elemental circles with a different spiritual theme each event. Afterwards, all interested usually go to a local restaurant for coffee or brunch. An optional donation of $1 per person will assist in maintaining the gardens.
